This mill started in 1979-80 is a fully integrated mill with its own spinning, weaving and finishing plant. The weaving facility consists of the following :
18 Nos. Picanol Delta 190 cms. Air Jet Looms.
30 No.s Sulzer 390 cms. Projectile PU Machines.
296 nos. Ruti-C Automatic Shuttle Looms- width ranging from 120 cms. to 220 cms.

The group has set up a new weaving plant with the following equipment.
80s Nos. Sulzer Projectile P-7200 Looms of 390 cms. with 2-colours in the weft and tuck-in- selvedge.
Most modern weaving preparatory machines- warping & sizing machines imported from Benninger, Switzerland.
On-loom humidification by Luwa, Switzerland.
24 Nos. Ruti-C Auto Looms with Dobby & Top Beam Attachement with positive let-off for Double Warp Fabrics.
By end of 1999 capacity is proposed to be enhanced with the addition of further 50 Nos. wide width Looms with Dobby.
